Web/Mobile App Critique

 Hello Everyone,

I really like the app LinkedIn because it's great to get your name out there to people and to find a job. When you set up an account it asks you where you go or went to school and, work experience, 3 skills you have to add a summary to your page. Asks if you can add a photo of yourself and if you have any interests. It's designed to connect you with companies that go with your experience to work there and it has a messaging system and you can comment on things that you find interesting too. With LinkedIn, it will connect you to the business and working world. The front page shows recent posts of what you liked in your interests. At the top of the page, you can add to your story too and, see others. Also, you have a profile and you can search for jobs too. You see your notifications and your network. But I don't like that to send messages you have to pay a subscription fee and I think that's the same for being seen more in employer's searches too. I think this is wrong and people who need to find a job may not have the money to pay money to get seen for a good job this is the first improvement they need to make. I know they have to find a way to make money somehow but I think they can improve by not charging their members. Also, a second improvement they can make is they can ask more questions so when the employer looks for people to higher it will narrow the people out they need more with what they are looking for because what they say they're looking for will come up better in a search. The third improvement is they should offer is how to write a good resume for free. A lot of people need to write a good one but they got to pay for a class to be taught but they should have a tool that teaches us so we get better at it. It would be nice if they offered something also to better your interview so when you find a job you are really good at your interview which is your first empressing to them. They should make it so when you find a job it automatically tells the other companies that are looking at you that you excepted a job recently. Since I had this app I was only seen in two searches which are messed up. I think it's like this because I didn't pay for a subscription and they won't really let me be seen by my companies unless I do. I believe though if you pay and got a degree that you may find a good job because you got your degree in that field. But the way to do it free is just going to the employee's website and apply to the job you want
